ESV Ebere Juliana Igwe

Managing Partner | Over 20 Years Experience

ESV Ebere Juliana Igwe is a seasoned real estate professional and Managing Partner of Ebere Igwe and Partners, established in 2025. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in property development, investment, and estate management.

Her career began in 2005 at Jide Taiwo and Co., where she rose to the position of Associate Partner. She later served as Managing Director of Masters International Properties Development and Investment Ltd., a subsidiary of Masters Energy Group, where she provided strategic direction in real estate development and investment operations.

Ebere holds an HND in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic Oko, a PGD in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, and an MSc in Project Management from Lagos State University. She became a professional member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 2011 and is registered with ESVARBON.

She has contributed significantly to the profession through her service in the Finance and Outdoor Sub-Committees of NIESV Lagos Branch. Known for her strategic insight and commitment to excellence, Ebere continues to shape the real estate landscape in Nigeria.
